AT English Academy provides online English language courses delivered through TalentLMS and Cambridge One platforms. All courses are self-paced with no mandatory live sessions.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment requires completion of our enrollment form. Textbook purchases are processed through Square. AT English Academy does not directly process credit card payments.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and website content are the property of AT English Academy. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AT English Academy provides educational services. We are not responsible for employment outcomes, visa decisions, or third-party platform (TalentLMS, Cambridge One) availability.

6. Instructor Applications

Submission of an application does not guarantee employment. AT English Academy reserves the right to reject any application without explanation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.
